Lilla Balázs studied womenswear and textiles in the London College of Fashion, where she graduated from in 2012. She won the world`s most renowned textile-embroidery award with her graduate collection, the Hand&Lock Prize, and was among the finalists of the Marie Claire Young Fashion Designer of the Year Award. Before launching her label Balilla in 2012 she worked alongside designers such as Gareth Pugh.
Each piece of Balilla jewelry is treated as a work of art which has been meticulously crafted around the thought of the modern women`s needs. The designer’s mission is to highlight the features that make women unique. Lilla describes her pieces as “effortlessly stylish, edgy and always chic.” Every accessory and jewellery is developed by the intention of capturing the woman who merges classic sophistication with an air of cool. The collections are designed, sourced and handmade in London and Budapest.
