Peanut butter

Peanuts are not as most people believe nuts but actually a kind of pulse. However, because of their high fat content (unsaturated, of course), oil can be extracted from peanuts and grinding peanuts produces one of the most popular condiments the world over – peanut butter. Our peanut butter contains nothing but peanuts and a little sea salt, no hydrogenated fats and sugar, frequently added to improve its consistency.
